Rob has been a part of the financial service industry for over 30 years. In that span, his primary focus has always remained servicing individuals and small businesses, with the ultimate goal of a secure and well thought out retirement as a foremost consideration.

After graduating from the University of Montana with a Bachelor of Science in Business, Rob began his career as a CPA with Deloitte, Haskins and Sells. In the ensuing 5 years with Deloitte, his primary specializations became Commercial, Real Estate and Mortgage Banking. This focus led him to a position with Bank of America as an Assistant Vice President and Assistant Controller of the Real Estate Group for over three years. During that time he was also the primary bank contact person for the Small Business Loan Administration department. He then moved into private industry, becoming a Principal, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer for Construction and Development Services, Incorporated, a regional architectural and engineering firm in Seattle for the next 12 years.

This background has afforded a broader sense of incorporating investment and retirement solutions as part of the overall individual, family and related business pursuits and goals. His core belief is that preparing proactively financially has its foundation on strong personal relationships with your advisors, adherence to the concepts of sound investment diversification and allocation strategies, and, most of all, a partnership approach and commitment to the realistic goals of individual and family growth leading up to and through retirement. The joy is as much in the journey as the destination.

Rob has lived with his wife Dee and raised their son and daughter in the Seattle area for the past 35 plus years. They enjoy traveling and taking advantage of the Northwest’s offerings of golf, skiing and coastal recreation.
